Remote control for iPhone and iPad fleets, built for VAs and agents
Control any iPhoneor iPad fromone browser tab.
Your iPhones and iPads stay on your desk. Your VAs take over any screen, hands-on. Your AI agents drive the same devices. Every tap is logged, and typed text is HMAC'd, so a 2FA code can never leak.
- tiktok
- x
- youtube
- snapchat
- telegram
If the app is on the iPhone or iPad, PhonePanel can drive it. No APIs. No emulator.
You bought the iPhones. Then you hired the VAs.
Now every posting session is a group chat of screenshots, shared passcodes, and hope.
Your VA asks you to unlock a phone. You stop what you are doing.
A 2FA code goes through a screenshot and a text message. That is a leak waiting to happen.
You have no idea which account was posted from which phone, or by whom.

There is a browser tab for this.
Security
Every tap is signed.
Actions are logged cryptographically. When someone types on a phone, the text is HMAC'd in the log, so a VA typing a 2FA code cannot leak it, and you can still prove what happened and when.
- Row-level isolation between orgs
- Owner and operator roles
- Instant seat revocation
AUDIT LOG · farm-01
14:32:07 tap_element "Share" ok (0.4s)
14:32:11 type_text "884213"hmac'd
14:32:11 digest verified · sha256/9f2c…e41a
Typed text never appears in the log in plain form. The HMAC proves what happened without exposing what was typed.
Up and running before lunch.
Download and sign in
Grab the DMG, sign in, done. The Mac registers itself over an outbound connection. You never touch Cloudflare, a terminal, or a UUID.
Wire each phone
A guided wizard walks you through adding each iPhone or iPad. When it finishes, the device appears in your browser grid.
Hand your team the grid
Invite operators, assign seats, and your VAs take control of any phone with one click. One operator per phone, enforced.
See the grid before you trust it.
Real stream, real taps. The frames below run the same loop your VAs will.
01 · THE GRID
Six phones, all live, one page
LEASED → YOU

02 · THE LEASE

03 · THE DRIVE

Full 60-second capture ships with launch.
Two VAs. Two phones. One farm.
Your Manila morning shift and your London evening shift work the same fleet from opposite sides of the planet, on iPhones and iPads, without ever tripping over each other.
Exclusive control
A phone is leased to exactly one operator at a time. No double-taps, no collisions, no two people fighting over one screen.
farm-03 · IPHONE 15 PRO
LOCKED TO ANAOne lease per phone. Linzi sees the same live screen, but her taps wait until Ana releases. No collisions, no crossed wires.
Clean handoff
When a shift ends, control passes cleanly. The new operator picks up where the last one stopped.
FARM-06 · TODAY · SHIFT TIMELINE
Manila signs off, London picks up mid-session. The screen state, the lease, and the audit trail carry across the seam.
Owner controls
Kill any session instantly. Low-disk protections stop a runaway farm before it stops itself. The farm self-heals: watchdogs, auto-recovery, services that survive a reboot.
OWNER CONSOLE
End any session from your own browser. The farm heals itself, survives reboots, and reports "unknown" instead of guessing.
Per-phone pricing punishes you for growing.
A competitor publishes $79 per iPhone per month at 5 to 9 phones, $64 at 10 to 24, and $49 at 25 or more. A 10-phone fleet is $640 every month, forever, for access to devices that sit in your office.
| WHAT MATTERS | PhonePanel | THE $640/MO ROUTE |
|---|---|---|
| Price at 10 phones | You own the Mac. You own the phones. | $640 every month, forever |
| Device | Real iPhones and iPads on your desk | Real iPhones on their rack |

| AI agent tools | 13 MCP tools, drives the real app | Not published |

Calendar
Approval is not the trigger.
The device is explicit in every row. No "whatever is free", no surprises at post time.
TODAY · PUBLISH QUEUE
approval gate: onapproval opens the gate. the due-time handoff to the pinned phone pulls the trigger.
Every scheduled row says what gets posted, to which platform, on which exact device, driven by which agent. A human approves it. But approval only opens the gate: the trigger is the due-time handoff to the pinned phone or iPad, so rejecting or pausing after approval still stops it.
Agent
Give your agent the phone, not the password.
PhonePanel exposes 13 MCP tools. Your AI agent drives the real apps the way a person would: looks at the screen, taps the element, reads the alert, moves on. On any iPhone or iPad in the farm.
No social-media publishing APIs. No emulators. The agent works on the real device, inside the real app, on the live stream.
MCP · PHONECONTROL
Pay for the software, not for our rack.
Your Mac. Your iPhones. Your control plane.
FOUNDER PRICING
Locked in for our first farms
Per-phone pricing gets set with our first customers, and founders keep that rate for life, with a direct line to Sam. The category charges $79/iPhone/mo. You will pay a fraction of it.
- Per controlled phone. No per-seat fees.
- Your whole team drives under one roof.
- Five-phone minimum.
- Over quota? Existing phones keep working. We never brick your farm.
Straight answers.
Does it work with iPads, or just iPhones?+
Both. Any iPhone or iPad that completes the guided setup appears in your grid. The farm this was built on includes an iPad.
Is this secure if my VAs are remote?+
Access is role-scoped per org, each phone is exclusively leased, every action is logged, and typed text is HMAC'd. Revoke a seat and it revokes instantly.
What happens if the Mac reboots?+
Services are reboot-persistent. The farm self-heals with watchdogs and auto-recovery.
Do I need to be technical?+
No. Download the DMG, sign in, follow the per-phone wizard. No Cloudflare, no terminal, no UUIDs.
Can two people control the same phone?+
Not at once. The lease is exclusive per device. Handoff transfers it cleanly.
Does it post to Instagram for me?+
No publishing APIs and no emulators, ever. Humans or your MCP-connected agent drive the real apps on real phones.
What if a scheduled post is approved and then something changes?+
Reject or pause after approval and it still stops, because approval is not the trigger. The due-time handoff to the pinned phone is.
What about disk space on the Mac?+
Low-disk protections are built in. The farm protects itself from runaway growth instead of filling your drive.
